90% of Nigerian Pastors Won’t Get Away With What They Do in Nigeria Abroad – Tacha

UK-based Nigerian reality TV sensation, Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has taken a bold stance against Nigerian clergy.

In a fiery Instagram post, she boldly asserted that most Nigerian pastors would face severe consequences abroad for their questionable actions.

The controversial statement followed the recent uproar surrounding House on the Rock’s Senior Pastor, Paul Adefarasin, and his altercation with a vehicle spotter.

The internet erupted when footage surfaced showing Pastor Adefarasin brandishing a gun-like object while confronting a young man recording his luxury ride.

The clergyman later defended his actions, denying allegations of weapon possession and claiming the spotter provoked the incident.

However, Tacha wasn’t buying the explanation. In a viral Twitter clip, she meticulously dissected the footage, exposing what she called “blatant gaslighting” by the prominent preacher.

Her passionate words resonated online: “I held my tongue until I saw today’s service clips. The sheer audacity of this revisionism! The video evidence speaks for itself – who exactly was the aggressor here?

“Let’s recap: This respected clergyman halted his vehicle, rolled down his window while gripping what suspiciously resembled a firearm, barking orders at an admiring youth.

“Since when did enthusiastic admiration become aggression? Vehicle spotters operate globally – what exactly was criminal about documenting a luxury car? The selective moral outrage is staggering.”

“What truly stings is witnessing the congregation’s mindless applause. Have we developed collective amnesia? Or is cognitive dissonance now a spiritual gift?

“Let’s be brutally honest – most Nigerian pastors couldn’t maintain their empires abroad. Their brand of spiritual leadership would collapse under proper scrutiny within months.

“Imagine the uproar if this involved a prominent politician’s offspring. Social media would erupt for weeks! But clerical privilege warrants endless excuses?

“This incident echoes last year’s bus windshield fiasco involving the same clergyman. Now phones are weapons? The hypocrisy is breathtaking. Nigerians deserve better than this spiritual manipulation circus.”
