Ex-Argentina forward Sergio Aguero playfully teased Cristiano Ronaldo after Al Nassr missed out on qualifying for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Aguero joined IShowSpeed’s live stream during Inter Miami’s match against Al Ahly in the tournament.
IShowSpeed, a well-known Ronaldo admirer, requested Aguero’s help in arranging a meeting with Lionel Messi.
“You’re a huge Cristiano fan, right?” Aguero inquired.
Speed confirmed but reiterated his desire to meet Messi.
Aguero replied: “I get it, that’s fine. He’s a great player. But Messi is my choice,” before jokingly questioning why Speed’s idol wasn’t participating in the Club World Cup.
“Is Ronaldo playing in this Club World Cup?” he teased. “Maybe he’ll have to watch from home.”
