Popular Nigerian comedian Yemi Elesho has called out social media activist VeryDarkMan, insisting he must release unedited evidence regarding his explosive claims about a WhatsApp group allegedly connected to Mohbad’s tragic death.
During his live session, Elesho blasted VeryDarkMan for his selective revelations, accusing him of manipulating public opinion while keeping key details under wraps.
“If you’ve got solid proof exposing the alleged conspiracy in that group, stop teasing and drop everything.
“The public deserves the full story—not just snippets designed to stir drama,” Elesho declared.
He spotlighted actor Jigan’s predicament, who has faced relentless cyberbullying after being implicated in VeryDarkMan’s accusations.
“Jigan’s reputation is in tatters because of these claims. But what happens when the complete chat logs prove his innocence? Will you take responsibility for ruining his career?”
Elesho dismissed VeryDarkMan’s call for group members to self-incriminate via screen recordings as blatant deflection.
“Asking people to screen-record their own chats is laughable. You’re sitting on the receipts—stop the theatrics and release them. This isn’t a Nollywood script.”
He warned against trial by social media, stressing that truth should never be sacrificed for viral clout, and urged VeryDarkMan to present irrefutable facts or step back.
Comedian Yemi Elesho just READ VeryDarkMan for filth over the Mohbad WhatsApp group saga.
